Raise your hand if you feel a huge sense of relief with the holidays being behind us! I decided this year I will not be setting any resolutions. Instead I will let my intuition take the wheel to help me create new healthy habits and to prioritize my day, week and month.
I am not sure why I am compelled to create a Lunar Calendar every year. There is something about the passing of time, marked by light and the moon, that helps me feel centered, in sync with the world and balanced. I am sure I am not the only one who in the midst of the daily grind has stopped in my tracks to appreciate a full moon, a sunrise or sunset. It is very grounding. Looking to nature for inspiration has been the center of my creative practice.
